We are investing in priority locations across Sydney and providing ‘whole of location responses’ to community needs. SGCH is delivering Australia’s largest community housing pipeline of social and affordable projects, developing over 1,000 new dwellings by 2023. This is underpinned by $475 million debt financing. With unprecedented investment into our city’s infrastructure, together with our partners, SGCH has the opportunity and the responsibility to take action and shape the future of community housing.
