On 24 November 2022, SGCH held the third Northern Sydney Housing Tenant Voice Forum at the Kirribilli Neighbourhood Centre. It provided a space for SGCH customers to learn about what has been done in response to issues raised in the last forum, as well as voice further ideas and concerns to continue to inform planning and service delivery.

The key focus areas of the forum included:

• Communications
• Tenancy Services
• Repairs and maintenance services
• Tenant Participation

Thank you to the tenants from across SGCH managed sites in the Northern Region who attended the forum and provided some great insights and ideas to help shape service improvements

The Northern Sydney Housing Tenant Forum is held annually, and we look forward to continuing to work closely with tenants, communities and stakeholders to understand and identify gaps where we can support tenants to live and thrive in their homes and work towards continued service improvement.
