National property and construction group Traders In Purple has been selected as the NSW Government’s partner to deliver the next stages in the Bonnyrigg estate redevelopment. The Bonnyrigg partnership is the fifth project Traders In Purple has entered into with NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC), resulting in the delivery of 819 apartments, homes and land lots across NSW. Traders In Purple has a genuine desire to create inclusive communities.

Under the agreement, Traders In Purple will deliver Stages 8-11, the Humphries Precinct, which includes 65 brand new community homes for LAHC that will be managed by St George Community Housing, 210 land lots for private sale and 9000m2 of public park (including a junior play park with the intent to feature robust landscaping, a bike-riding loop, basketball court, playground equipment, BBQ, shelters, picnic sets, park benches and drinking fountains).
