By now you should have received a 2023 Tenant Satisfaction Survey from St George Community Housing. We conduct this survey every year because we are committed to delivering great customer service. To do that, we need to listen to our customers’ views and act on them. You can participate online, via pen and paper or over the telephone. You will find all the information you need here and you can go directly to the survey here.  

We’re keen for as many of our customers as possible to give us their feedback, so to encourage this there will be a number of prizes, drawn at random by CHIA on behalf of SGCH. 

All customers who submit a response by the closing date of 14 July 2023 will be entered in the grand prize draw to win one of 30 x $50 Coles Myer gift cards.   

The Tenant Satisfaction Survey is sent to all SGCH customers and it is conducted independently by the industry body, Community Housing Industry Australia NSW. We have used this survey for a number of years to measure performance with our customers and to highlight strengths and identify opportunities for service improvements. The survey results are benchmarked against other community housing providers and are a key data source for continuous improvement within our organisation.
