You should have received a Tenant Satisfaction Survey from SGCH. Sharing your views helps shape the services SGCH offers you.  

Complete the survey by 19 July and you will go into a draw to win one of three $200 gift cards. Do you need assistance to answer the questions? SGCH is offering two survey support sessions (Wednesday 3 July, 1pm to 3pm and Friday 5 July, 10am to 12pm) at the Bonnyrigg office.  

At SGCH, we are committed to delivering great customer service. We know to do that we need to listen to our customers’ views and act on them. This is why we invite you to complete a survey from time to time.  

We have engaged the Community Housing Industry Association NSW to run our annual customer satisfaction survey on our behalf. We encourage you to complete this survey to tell us what you think we do well, and where you think we can improve. 

This survey is anonymous, and participation is voluntary. Your responses will not affect your tenancy.
