To celebrate NAIDOC Week with the local Indigenous community in Bonnyrigg, SGCH will be hosting a special ceremony to unveil the refurbishment of Tarlington Parade Park.
The event will take place on Thursday 6 July, from 10am to 12pm. We’ll be revealing the park’s new dreaming circle and totem poles, which have been painted by local Indigenous artist, as well as the refurbishment of artworks that were originally in the park
Malcom Clayton will a smoking ceremony and the Marrabang Wagagee dancers from Bonnyrigg public School will conduct a Welcome To Country and dance performance.
