You’ve told us that the way we talk about rent is confusing.

In July, we’re holding three 1.5-hour discussion sessions with customers to hear from you about how we can make things easier.

We’re looking for 30 customers eager to share their experiences of:

• Making sense of our rent as a new tenant
• Our regular income reviews
• Dealing with us when you get behind in the rent.
