SGCH’s Tenant Satisfaction Survey is an annual survey of all our customers, conducted independently by Community Housing Industry Australia.
The survey results are benchmarked against other community housing providers and are a key data source for continuous improvement within the organisation. We conduct the survey because we are committed to delivering great customer service. To do that, we need to listen to your views and act on them.
We have also added more prizes as a thank you for your valuable feedback. Be sure to respond to the survey early, as two $1000 gift cards will be awarded to early bird responders! (What you need to do is respond in the first 3 weeks of the survey going live.) An additional $1500 will be awarded for accurately providing a survey! A reminder that each winner is chosen at random.
The survey opens on 5 May and closes on 4 July 2025.
