Traders In Purple is delivering Canvas at Bonnyrigg, the next phase in the redevelopment of the Bonnyrigg Estate (stages 8 to 11). This precinct is being completed in two stages (an artist’s impression of the streetscape is shown).  

Traders In Purple’s contractor, Chalouhi, has commenced the first stage of subdivision works between Newleaf Parade, Humphries Road, Bishop Crescent and Edensor Road. This work includes new lots for homes, new roads and an extension to Bishop Crescent. 

Early works will take between eight to 12 weeks to complete before civil works can commence on stage 1.  

Traders In Purple is happy to announce that 90 per cent of the land lots in stage 1 have now been sold and stage 2 has just been released.
