Completed in June 2021, this landmark project transformed a former City of Sydney depot into an outstanding urban renewal development in the heart of Redfern. The 18-storey building features 162 units, comprising 42 social housing and 120 affordable housing units. 

Key amenities include ground floor commercial space, community recreation areas, a new SGCH office, and a playground. The building also provides 27 adaptable units for residents with disabilities, and 45% of the units are allocated to Aboriginal households, recognising Redfern’s cultural significance.
