About the Maintenance Officer, Groundskeeper role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Officer, Groundskeeper to join our Customers team, on a permanent full-time basis. This role provides excellent customer service by maintaining the grounds of our larger residential common areas to a high standard. 

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • pressure washing common areas & patching and painting bin bays
  • making over blocks by trimming trees, edging, hedging, mulching and weeding 
  • when necessary, back filling another maintenance team member across Sydney to maintain waste services, bin rotations and responding to garbage chute blockages and lawn mowing.
