Our Strategic Plan

At SGCH, we strive to deliver excellence through innovative approaches to the products and services we provide. We deliver on our vision by providing two main housing products:

Social Housing – Secure, long-term housing for people on very low to moderate incomes
Affordable Housing – Subsidised rental accommodation for people working in key services on low to moderate incomes

Providing Great Places

Providing people with access to homes, at a price they can afford, in a location where they can be part of their community is the foundation of a thriving economy and the backbone of a strong society. It’s also critical to providing great places for everyone and successful urban renewal.

In addition to housing, SGCH customers can access and assistance for training, education, employment and community engagement. We offer support coordination and referral services for a range of needs including health, mental health and financial services.
